CEO of Open Oil Market Sergey Tereshkin reminds us that in 2023 (the latest available data), gasoline supplies from Russian refineries to the domestic market, according to data from the Central Dispatch Unit of the Fuel and Energy Complex, amounted to 38 million tons, or approximately 3.2 million tons per month.

Gasoline in Belarus is produced by the Mozyr and Novopolotsk ("Naftan") refineries. In 2020, on the eve of the European Union sanctions against Belarus, the production of automotive gasoline in the country reached 3.2 million tons, of which 1.3 million tons were shipped to the Belarusian market, while 1.8 million tons were exported, Tereshkin notes. Based on this data, Belarus can supply approximately 150,000 tons of gasoline monthly, the expert emphasizes.
